Module Overview:

The You and Your Job e-module focuses on the dynamics of teamwork and the contribution YOU can make to your team, work group or organization. Understanding workplace diversity and how to make the best of it is the key to improving performance at work and managing others. 

Although set within a team context, this module concentrates on you the individual. You will receive feedback on how you like to work and how you can best make a contribution to your team.

As part of the You and Your Job e-module, you will complete a 60-item profile questionnaire and receive online a personal Team Management Profile of 4000 words or more. This Profile will help you understand the key team roles that you like to undertake. The Profile can be printed and is stored securely online for access after you have completed the course.

The module layout for You and Your Job provides a flexible learning environment that allows both fast-tracking and an in-depth approach through Optional Learning Layers.
