Accreditation
To use the TMS suite of assessments you become accredited. This can be accomplished in public workshops, in house customized workshops or through our distance learning process, which includes phone coaching. Once accredited you join our worldwide group of Network Member professionals that use TMS assessments to improve organizational performance. Assessments
There are 9 assessments in the TMS suite. All focus on work and all are fully researched. The questionnaires are completed on line and the profiles are then available electronically, in PDF format or hard copy. We work closely with you to understand our system so it meets the needs of your specific application. Full information on each of our assessments is available at Assessments. Profile Support and Services
Once accredited you will get totally amazing support. The effectiveness of your use of the TMS products is as important to us as it is to you. You can rely on us for support in making sure your materials get their when you want them, talking to us about interpreting and debriefing the profile data, putting you in touch with other Network Members or talking about the design of your initiative.
We run monthly web meetings that focus on the best use of the profiles as well as other relevant topics. We also use our company Facebook and Twitter accounts to promote, connect and inform our Network around the world.
